Washed and Picked Roving Slivers Batting Felt Yarn

Service Details

Washed and Picked - We have the ability to wash and pick any fiber up to six inches long.  After washing and drying the fibers are often clumped and densely packed.  Picking separates, or opens the fibers and prepares them for carding.

Slivers - Fiber must first be processed into roving on the carding machine, then it is further processed into slivers on the drawframe.  This process produces a more uniform product of a thinner diameter.  Slivers are packaged either loose or in bumps of predetermined weights.
